Consent to Personal Data Processing

By registering in the BeTop service or accepting the terms in the Account and ticking "I consent to the processing of personal data", I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to individual entrepreneur Daniil Vitalievich Dzhumaylo (INN 234808164682, OGRNIP 319237500139632, Krasnodar, Russia, [email protected]; the "Operator") to process my personal data under Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data" on the following terms.
1. Purposes
Registration and access to the Account; performance of the offer agreement: fulfilling orders, verifying tasks, coin accounting, payments and refunds; abuse prevention (multiple accounts, automated actions, repeated rewards); service notifications and support; visit statistics and advertising performance.
2. Data
Email address; interface language; country; traffic source (UTM tags, referring page, referral link); IDs and names of profiles on third-party platforms (Behance, Dribbble, ArtStation, etc.) and public information about them; links to works; information about orders, tasks, comments left in tasks, payments and coin transactions; Telegram user ID and username and support conversations; IP address, browser and device information, cookies and analytics identifiers.
3. Operations
Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating (modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction, using automated means.
4. Transfer to third parties and abroad
I consent to the transfer of data to the recipients listed in Section 5 of the Personal Data Policy to the extent necessary for these purposes, including cross-border transfer to the USA: DigitalOcean, LLC (server hosting), Cloudflare, Inc. (website delivery and protection), Google LLC (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, reCAPTCHA), Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry). I have been informed that the USA is not on the list of countries ensuring adequate protection of data subjects' rights.
5. Term and withdrawal
The consent is valid until the account is deleted and, after deletion, for the retention periods set out in the Policy, or until withdrawn. The consent may be withdrawn by writing to [email protected] from the email address the account is registered with. After withdrawal, the Operator stops processing and destroys the data within 10 working days unless there are other legal grounds for further processing (including performance of the contract and retaining payment records as required by law).
