Consent to Marketing Emails
This is a translation of the Russian original. In case of any discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.
By ticking "Send me news and offers by email" when registering, in the Account or in my profile, I give my consent, under Article 18(1) of Federal Law No. 38-FZ of 13.03.2006 "On Advertising" and Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data", to individual entrepreneur Daniil Vitalievich Dzhumaylo (INN 234808164682, OGRNIP 319237500139632, [email protected]) to:
- send informational and marketing messages about the BeTop service to my email address: news, new services and tasks, promotions and discounts;
- process my email address, interface language and Service usage data (orders, tasks, top-ups) to tailor the content of these emails, with the operations listed in the consent to personal data processing.
This consent is optional: the Service can be used in full without it.
The consent is valid until withdrawn. You can withdraw it at any time: via the "Unsubscribe" link in any email, in your Account profile, or by writing to [email protected]. Emails stop no later than 3 working days after withdrawal.
Withdrawal does not affect service notifications: email confirmation, password recovery, order and payment status.
